Niu present its entry level lightweight road-legal moped. The U / UQi Pro.

It benefits from all the same core features of the other Niu Series mopeds, including a Bosch motor, removable Panasonic Lithium-Ion Battery and the Smart App providing tracking and diagnostic abilities. This extremely lightweight moped is ideal for short trips or taking with you on a holiday on the back of a camper van or caravan as it is just 1.6m in length and weighing just 57KG.

It has a Bosch 1200w brushless hub motor providing a top speed of 28mph and can achieve a range of about 20 miles from its removable Panasonic Lithium-ion battery which can be re-charged from flat in about 6 hours from any 13amp power source.

The bike has LED lights all round, a USB charging point, remote start, steering lock, an alarm which combined with the live tracking ability of the app, makes this one of the most secure bikes around.

It benefits from the UK plug-in grant providing a 20% discount and the advantages of a 3 year warranty on the battery and 2 years on the bike itself.
