A lower speced version of the S01. From a physical perspective it is the same as the S01 Connected, so still the ability to store full-faced helmets under the seat.  However differences are:

• 4.1kwh Battery rather than 5.1kwh. This means the S01 Basic weighs 5kg less (147KG) with the battery loaded.
• Nominal and Max Power is the same (7kw and 11.8kw respectively)
• Max Speed 50mph not 62mph
• Range quoted as up to 60 miles. 
• There is no App connectivity
• Modes are ECO and City Only
• Charging time is 5-7 hours rather than 7-9 hours

This range is achieved through its 4.1kwh 51v 36KG battery that has a unique integrated trolley based system that slides out under the bike as its removed.

The battery would take between 5 to 7  hours to charge from flat and without it loaded, the bike weighs 111KG and is 2m in length. Due to its unique battery design, there is space under the seat for two full faced helmets eliminating the need in most cases for a Top Box (although one can be fitted if required).

The S01 Basic comes standard with a combined braking system (CBS) on its 15" front wheel and 14" rear where the brushless hub motor resides and comes with Pirelli tyres as standard.

It has 2 forward Driving modes

ECO: In Eco mode the S01 can still achieve 43mph.

CITY: The S01 is designed for getting around the City. It has limited speed of 50mph, giving the vehicle a good level of performance and consumption.
