The RFN Road Legal is taking the same basis as the RFN Rally Pro but restricted as a 28mph fully road legal bike capable of being ridden from the age of 16 on a CBT or pre-2001 drving licence. It is however restricted meaning the bike can be turned in to a 125cc equivalent with similar performance to the off-road version.

The ‘Rally Pro’ utilises a ‘Direct Drive’ to deliver the power to the wheel, thus operating more efficiently.

Range is also increased to around 100 miles in ‘Tortoise’ Eco Mode. The gearing is set for instant torque, rather than higher top speed, thus aimed at instant, short burst power, especially with ‘Rocket’ mode delivering maximum power for 9 seconds.

It has 4 modes including Reverse.

  • Standard Mode. 0 to 31mph. 5 Seconds
  • High Energy Mode. 0 to 31mph. 4 Seconds

Additional design features include a higher seat height and wider swing arm and rear tyre, a 2 level braking regen and most importantly the ability to remove the seat, to convert the bike for trials, climbing and stunts.
