Newbot Storm S -- Discontinued

Newbots entry level sports style electric motorbike is the Storm which comes in a standard and "S" version.

The Storm S has a rated power of 8kw (14kw max) and a maximum speed of 93mph with a peak torque of 148nm. It is a 72v system with either  a 156ah battery giving 11.2kwh of capacity or 102ah battery giving 7.3kwh. The battery uses Prismatic cells.

On the 156ah battery, the maximum quoted range is 168 miles (at 30mph), at motorway speed, 93 miles. Assuming the 102ah has 35% less capacity, then a corresponding maximum range should be assumed.

It includes an 18amp charger (Type 2 charger support is included). Charging time from flat is quoted as 9 hours from a 13amp socket.

It runs on 17" wheels with adjustable rear suspension and ABS is standard.

Dimensions are 2080 x 750 x 1160 mm with a seat height of 820mm and weighs 175KG

It comes in 5 colours, Blue, Green, Grey, Black and Red
